The last day of Passover was on Saturday. It was an emotional day that capped a week of flourless foods. Just for kicks and giggles, I recorded my inner thoughts and emotions throughout the day as I slowly descended into madness fueled by lack of bread. When I went back to edit my post on Sunday, I realized it was over 5,000 words. I have a lot of thoughts. After several excruciating editing sessions in which I had to delete my 2,000 word tangent about how unreasonably expensive Devon and Blakely can be and my war against Au Bon Pan, I finally got it down to a reasonable length. It’s up on the GW Patriot right now and you can access it here.
